Within Sanofi's global Engineering & Maintenance organization, the Hard Services Execution Supervisor plays a critical role in the Facility Management department, aligned with Sanofi's Manufacturing & Supply strategy.
In this role, you will lead a team of soft and/or hard services execution technicians, overseeing operations on existing installations across a strategically important area of the company. You will serve as the preferred technical partner for the Facility Management function, ensuring contract performance across all dimensions — HSE, Quality, Performance, Deadlines, and Costs.

Main Responsibilities:
Team & Operations Leadership
Lead and manage a team of hard and/or soft services execution technicians
Drive best practices and standardize ways of working at the Manufacturing & Supply site level
Manage people performance, talent development, and team growth
Facility & Maintenance Management
Oversee hard and/or soft services to ensure facilities provide a safe and compliant environment
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules using a CMMS or equivalent system
Accurately document all maintenance activities within the CMMS
Work closely with Facility Management partners to ensure seamless service delivery
Work closely with Process Team to support Site Issues when required
Attend +QDCI as the Lead for FM
Direct Supervision of Internal Trades / External Vendors
Review and Approve Work Order Completion
Compliance & Quality
Ensure full compliance with company policies, SOPs, cGMP, and OSHA requirements
Manage anomalies and CAPAs related to HSE and quality
Respond to audits and inspections
Ensure technical interventions by the team meet all compliance standards
Represent the FM Department during Audits
Technical Support & Continuous Improvement
Provide technical assistance to production and APU departments
Support technical problem-solving, workgroups, and improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and manage discrepancies
Maintain operational presence during crisis situations
Support service providers within area of expertise as needed
Support and act as SME for Building Envelope
Support and act as SME for Interior Building Repairs / Finishes
Support/Lead Projects where applicable with FM scope
Financial Oversight
Participate in cost planning and track implementation of services
About You
Education:
Diploma or degree or equivalent combination of education and minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance planning and scheduling experience
A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Chemical or related field is preferred
Experience:
Demonstrated technical expertise in engineering and maintenance within pharmaceutical manufacturing
Strong familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations
Proven ability to master a strategic technical scope in facility management (soft and/or hard services)
Track record of making key decisions within a technical area of expertise
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CMMS or equivalent maintenance management systems
Strong knowledge of techniques and standards in facility management
Knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment and maintenance practices
Solid understanding of GxP and HSE activities and standards
Technical writing and investigation techniques
Soft Skills:
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication abilities, including capacity to conduct training sessions
Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally
Languages:
Local language proficiency required
Professional-level English required

76,200.00 - 121,100.00 (Includes target bonus)Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
