What Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Platform group and lead the strategy and roadmap for Hyro’s agent platform, the core system powering how AI agents are built, configured, and operated at scale.
This is an IC role with end-to-end ownership over a critical product area. You’ll work at the intersection of UX, engineering, and delivery - translating a deep understanding of internal workflows, customer needs, and technical constraints into a platform strategy that makes Hyro faster, more scalable, and easier to use.
You’re a strategic, systems-oriented thinker with a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset. You proactively identify opportunities, build conviction, and align stakeholders to drive execution. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping problems, not just reacting to them. You understand how complex systems fit together - and know where to intervene to create outsized impact.
