Learn more about us here: https://www.jpautogroup.com/dealership/about.htm A day in the Life As a Financial Services Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the final stages of the vehicle purchase process, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and premium experience aligned with the Volvo brand. • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and supportive manner during the finance and delivery process, both in-store and through follow-ups as needed • Review vehicle purchase agreements and clearly explain financing, leasing, and payment options • Present and structure finance and lease contracts in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines • Offer and explain additional protection products such as extended warranties, insurance products, and vehicle protection packages • Work closely with the sales team, management, and lending institutions to secure approvals and finalize deals efficiently • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, compliant, and submitted in a timely manner • Maintain up-to-date records and deal documentation within dealership systems and CRM tools • Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure a smooth and organized vehicle delivery experience • Build strong relationships with financial institutions and stay current on lending programs and rate changes • Maintain a high level of product knowledge related to financing, insurance products, and regulatory requirements • Contribute to a professional, team-oriented environment focused on customer satisfaction and compliance Success in this role comes from attention to detail, strong communication, compliance awareness, and the ability to build trust while guiding customers through financial decisions.
