The HR Analyst supports daily HR operations and acts as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. Key responsibilities include managing and responding to tickets in the shared services platform, coordinating onboarding, processing payroll, entering and maintaining employee data in Dayforce, handling internal communications, and keeping HR records up to date. This role ensures accurate and timely HR service delivery in close collaboration with HR teams across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage and respond to employee inquiries via the internal ticketing system, phone, and text platforms in line with service level agreements (SLAs) • Maintain and update employee data accurately in Dayforce and other HR systems • Support pre-employment and post-employment processes, including communications and documentation • Deliver new hire orientation and assist with onboarding coordination • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate Center of Excellence (COE) or HRSS leadership • Complete full cycle payroll processing and auditing for bi-weekly payrolls • Support year-end payroll and benefit activities, including W-2 and 1095C generations, audits and reconciliations • Research and respond to questions related to HR policies and procedures • Help maintain and update HR policies and procedures documentation • Coordinate internal HR communications • Support annual HR initiatives and special projects led by the HR Operations team • Generate ad hoc reports as requested • Assist with benefits and compensation administration • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions
What You’ll Need:
• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, customer service, or administrative support. • HR Knowledge: Familiarity with basic U.S. employment laws preferred. • Payroll Experience: Payroll processing experience preferred, including familiarity with bi-weekly payroll cycles and year-end reporting. • Benefit Support: Experience supporting benefits administration preferred, including assisting with enrollment, claims, and inquiries. • Technical Skills: Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems required; Ceridian Dayforce experience strongly preferred. • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation. • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across multiple departments. • Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
