What You’ll Do: • Keep Things Moving: Inspect, service, and repair plant machinery and our mobile equipment fleet (fueling, oil changes, and minor repairs). • Preventative Care: Take ownership of our Preventative Maintenance (PM) program to keep downtime to a minimum. • Solve & Create: Use your troubleshooting skills on hydraulics, pumps, valves, and electrical systems. You’ll also get to show off your skills in welding and metal fabrication. • Stay Sharp: Read schematics, interpret electrical drawings, and document your work so the whole team stays informed. • Safety First: Contribute to our safety culture—ensuring everyone goes home safe at the end of the shift. Job Requirements: • Experience: 2+ years of related maintenance experience. • Education: A one-year certificate from a college or technical school is preferred. • Technical Know-How: You’re comfortable with welding (including pipe welding), hydraulics, and electrical systems. • Adaptability: You don't mind working in an outdoor yard environment, dealing with the elements, and handling shift work in a 24/7 operation. • Mindset: You’re a great communicator who enjoys solving complex, real-world mechanical problems. Working Environment: This role is for those who enjoy active work! You’ll be based in our plant or at remote locations. Be prepared for a physical, hands-on day involving bending, lifting, and working around active equipment.
