Job Description：

• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and other social media channels
• Collaborate with KOLs and micro-influencers (including both professional influencers and everyday users) to enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Create and edit engaging content, including copywriting, visual content, and basic image editing for social media posts
• Plan and support online and offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Manage official brand accounts, including content planning, posting, and community engagement
• Analyze user behavior and content performance to optimize marketing strategies and improve user growth

Job Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing, social media operations, or influencer marketing
• Familiar with Xiaohongshu (RED) and influencer marketing ecosystems
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills; basic design or image editing ability is a plus
• Experience in campaign planning or event execution is preferred
• Strong understanding of user engagement and growth strategies
• Proactive, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

任职要求

• 具备数字营销、社交媒体运营或达人营销相关经验
• 熟悉小红书平台及KOL/KOC合作模式
• 具备较强的文案与内容创作能力，具备基础设计或图片处理能力者优先
• 了解用户增长与内容运营逻辑
• 本地中国学生会/社群合作或管理经验
• 热爱本地餐馆探店并愿意在社交平台分享
• 运营官方品牌账号，包括内容规划、发布及社群互动维护
• 分析用户行为及内容数据，优化营销策略并提升用户增长效果
