The SAP FI/CO Analyst will focus on managing financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) processes within SAP systems, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and integration with other business modules. The responsibilities typically combine technical configuration, business process alignment, and stakeholder support. Responsibilities: - Work with business stakeholders to understand financial and controlling requirements. - Translate business needs into SAP solutions. - System Configuration & Implementation - Configure FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders). - Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR). - Financial Reporting & Compliance - Ensure accurate financial statements and reporting. - Align SAP processes with local and international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP). - Support audits and compliance requirements. - User Support & Training - Provide functional support to end-users. - Conduct training sessions for finance and controlling teams. - Document processes and create user manuals. - System Maintenance & Enhancements - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. - Implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements. - Work with IT teams to ensure system stability. - Requirement Gathering & Analysis - Participate in SAP implementation or migration projects. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience and/or training; SAP certifications are a plus - Excellent communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively - Self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies -Fully Bilingual English/Spanish
