Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Question Bank Technical Analyst
We will count on you to:
- Set-up and configuration of survey questions in Mercer on-line data collection platform: Mercer Data Connector
- Maintenance of multiple client facing data collection campaigns
- Performing changes in Question Bank in timely manner, following associated rules
- Implementing business validation rules and logic
- Maintaining reference tables and visibility rules
- Database schema maintenance
- Cooperate with multiple stakeholders for content creation and verification
- Effectively communicate changes to all parties involved in the process
- Develop best practices for working with content management
- Work to standardize and drive global consistency in questions and validations across products / data collection campaigns
- Supporting business sponsors in the product development activities
What you need to have:
- Strong interest in data management, technical and operational processes, as well as data management system implementation
- MS Excel, SQL database usage skills (Global Survey Tool)
- Attention to details, analytical skills, accuracy
- Very Good command of English
- Min. 2 years working in a Compensations and Benefits survey environment
- Min. 1 year working with surveys and validations
- Experience in project management in an international environment
- Experience in maintaining and processing of surveys / data collection questionnaires will be an advantage
