1. Garantizar la ejecución precisa de los pedidos entregados por el área de operaciones.
a. Garantizar el diligenciamiento del tablero de gerenciamiento en tiempos y cantidades.
b. Diligenciamiento del formato de temperaturas a tiempo y con información real
c. Garantizar la muestra de Oro visible.
d. Tener especificaciones actualizadas, visibles y en buen estado en su sitio de trabajo
2. Cumplir con normas de calidad BPMs, HACCP.
a. Uso adecuado del uniforme de trabajo elementos de protección personal, guantes, tapabocas, cofia.
b. Cumplir con lavado de manos al oír el timbre en la planta de producción
c. Cuidar los productos usados en producción de la exposición prolongada al medio ambiente
d. Ejecutar la rotación y rotulación de productos
e. Organización de cuartos fríos cuando ésta tarea le sea asignada
