Responsibilities
- Preparation of techno-commercial offers as per cost working.
- Meet Contractors / Consultants/Clients/ PMCs /Architects to market our products & generate
enquiries. - Meeting Contractors/Consultants/Clients/ PMCs /Architects to obtain product approvals & include our
products in their vendor lists. - Responsible for generating Sales enquiries.
- Responsible for making technical presentations and convincing customers that our products meet
their needs. - Responsible for technical assistance and product education.
- Responsible for the design of custom-made products with the help of the production and design
team. - Responsible for coordinating between customer & production to meet the customer requirements.
- Follow-up for purchase orders against our offers.
- Forward required information to production on receipt of P.O.
- Follow-up with production on deliveries to meet the customer project schedules,
- Responsible for customer's payments receivable to maintain the proper DSO.
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs,
and anticipating new marketing opportunities. - Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops,
reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Must have skills
- Must have experience in sales of Acoustic products like Sound attenuators , Acoustic louvers and Acoustic Barriers
- Basic Understanding of Acoustics and UAE regulations on noise control
- Must have good presentation skills.
- Should be able and perform and understand acoustic analysis of MEP , Chillers , Generators and Cooling towers
- Should have experience in working along with acoustic consultants.

- Generating Service enquiries through sales data received from region wise sales team, Direct Marketing, References through existing customers
- Telephone enquiries received from magazine advertisements
- Product / Service Demonstration to customers
- Doing Site inspection and analyse equipment condition
- Making Quotations
- Follow up on Quotation for Order
- Follow up for Signing Contracts
- Follow up with existing customers for new service contract
- Follow up for payments
