Black Box is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support our growing data center operations. In this role, you’ll own the flow of materials—from receiving to staging to delivery—and ensure every shipment meets customer expectations. You will work closely with suppliers, engineering, and project teams to maintain a smooth, accurate, and customer‑focused logistics operation.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
- Manage all aspects of shipping, routing, deliveries, and customer communication
- Proactively identify and resolve freight, packaging, and delivery issues before they impact customers
- Coordinate transportation requirements with internal teams and external partners
Material Handling & Warehouse Operations
- Pull, stage, QA, and prepare orders for outbound delivery
- Receive, inspect, and accurately put away all inbound deliveries
- Perform goods‑receiving transactions in SAP and maintain precise inventory records
- Manage delivery tracking, asset control, and material status reporting
Supplier, Compliance & Documentation Support
- Process customer requests related to compliance, documentation, and industry standards
- Work with suppliers and Product Engineering to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Resolve invoice and AP discrepancies to maintain clean, timely financials
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Maintain and update material trackers, reporting tools, and logistics documentation
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience
- Support additional logistics and operations duties as assigned
Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling
- Proficiency with SAP (or similar ERP) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and time management skills
- Analytical problem solver with the ability to multitask across multiple projects
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with suppliers, engineering, and project teams
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related role
- Experience supporting technical, construction, or data center environments is a plus
