RH is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support the seamless flow of allocation and inventory across our gallery network. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our galleries are consistently stocked, visually compelling, and aligned with brand standards. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the allocation team in executing inventory strategies for open galleries, including refreshes, damage replacements, and daily swatch distribution
- Execute accurate input of allocations and parameters within RMS systems to manage a complex network of stores and SKUs
- Coordinate DC re-SKU requests by entering orders and maintaining updates to ensure accurate inventory movement
- Balance multiple priorities to deliver timely and precise execution across all allocation initiatives
- Produce and distribute daily and weekly reporting using Excel and Google Workspace tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational alignment and resolve inventory-related needs
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Balances competing priorities with precision, ensuring consistent and timely execution across all deliverables
- Maintains an uncompromising commitment to accuracy, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Work cross-functionally with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
