Enable Securities Services change delivery by modernizing global testing through automation, AI, standardized processes, and measurable quality outcomes.
As a Testing Associate in Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) within Commercial Investment Bank, you provide Senior Business Testing Analysis to manage strategic Securities Services projects in a cross-business, cross-functional, project-based environment. You will flex across other LOBs and support transformational global initiatives, including user acceptance testing, program test management, business analysis, MVP assessment, process evaluation/re-engineering, reference data strategy definition/implementation, automation, and implementation support. You will also drive the strategic rollout of an automated testing solution and implementation of an AI testing strategy, partnering with senior stakeholders to improve quality, speed, cost, and control.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a testing transformation vision and roadmap leveraging automation, AI, and advanced analytics to improve coverage, efficiency, and quality.
- Modernize testing tools, technologies, and methodologies, including championing automation/RPA adoption (e.g., UI Path) and AI-driven testing solutions where applicable.
- Lead change management and upskilling efforts that foster innovation, continuous improvement, accountability, and adoption of new testing ways of working.
- Standardize scalable testing processes and best practices across products and regions, incorporating process evaluation/re-engineering and reference data strategy alignment.
- Coordinate comprehensive test planning and execution (UAT, functional, regression), including requirements gathering, user story documentation, test script design/execution, and program-level test management.
- Communicate transformation goals, progress, risks, and outcomes via stakeholder forums and executive-ready data storytelling, producing visually impactful presentations and dashboards (e.g., PowerPoint, Tableau, Alteryx, QlikView).
- Manage proactive issue resolution, robust documentation and knowledge management for transparency/auditability, and effective budget/resource allocation while collaborating with business, technology, and operations teams to support broader organizational objectives.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive financial services testing experience, including functional and regression testing in complex, cross-functional delivery environments
- Strong capability in business analysis and delivery execution, including requirements gathering, user story documentation, test planning, and test script execution using Agile practices
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement, project management, data analytics/visualization, and presentation design skills to translate complex testing insights into actionable decisions
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Project / Agile methodology qualification
- Capital Markets or Securities Services experience (e.g., Global Custody, ETFs, Trade Processing, Payments, Lending, Direct Custody, Asset Servicing, Tax Services)
- People leadership experience, including mentoring teams and handling people concerns; experience managing budgets/resources
- AI testing certification and hands-on familiarity with emerging AI capabilities applied to testing transformation
