Full operational responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of the Quality Control Centre (QCC), including dough production and storage of sauces and key pizza ingredients
Managing the ordering process for both company-owned and franchise locations
Conducting price and contract negotiations with raw material and packaging suppliers
Actively sourcing and onboarding new suppliers (including quality audits)
Coordinating and approving deliveries of raw materials and ingredients in cooperation with the brand owner / international headquarters
Managing franchisee receivables (collections, payment monitoring, and payment scheduling)
Maintaining daily operational contact with franchise partners regarding deliveries, quality standards, and production needs
Implementing and supervising HACCP, BRC/IFS, GMP systems and corporate standards
Reporting operational results and KPIs (productivity, quality, costs, OTIF) to management and headquarters
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
4–6 years of experience in a similar role within food production/manufacturing (preferably bakery, dough production, semi-finished products, FMCG food)
Strong experience in procurement negotiations and supplier management
Practical knowledge of food quality and safety systems (HACCP, BRC, IFS, ISO 22000; internal auditor certification is an advantage)
Proven ability to manage teams and a distributed network of contractors/franchise partners
Advanced Excel skills; ERP/WMS systems experience is an advantage
Valid Category B driving licence
Willingness to work in a shift-based / flexible schedule (production operates 5–6 days per week)
Fluent in English, with confident Polish and German language skills – required for daily operational communication with local teams, suppliers, and franchise partners
NICE TO HAVE
Experience working with franchise or restaurant networks
Knowledge of pizza dough/yeast dough production processes
Experience implementing Lean / Kaizen / 5S methodologies in food production
