Role Purpose
The Core Connect CRE is responsible for handling pre-approved / system-generated personal loan leads, conducting field visits, ensuring correct documentation, and supporting login-to-disbursement closure while strictly following process and compliance guidelines. The CRE will also be responsible for collection of EMIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle system-generated / pre-approved personal loan leads
- Conduct customer field visits for verification and relationship building
- Explain loan eligibility, EMI, tenure, and process clearly to customers
- Collect and verify KYC, income, residence, and employment documents
- Ensure accurate login of cases as per policy and process
- Coordinate with backend / credit / operations teams for case progress
- Follow up with customers till disbursement or closure
- Handle customer queries, delays, or rejections professionally
- Strictly adhere to audit, compliance, and ethical standards
- Collection of EMIs & follow-up with customers
Key Skills & Competencies Required
- Basic understanding of Personal Loan products
- Experience in field sales / DST / CRE role preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Comfortable with field work and targets
- Ability to work with mobile apps, WhatsApp, and simple MIS tools
Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 6 months – 3 years’ experience in Personal Loans / Banking / NBFC sales (preferred)
- Any graduate / undergraduate (as per company policy)
- Local area knowledge preferred
