Location and Working Environment - Type of role: Full-time, permanent.
- This position is field based in Finland (preferably leaving in Southern Finland) but this is a multi-country role covering Finland and Norway and extensive travel is expected within Finland and Norway, including travel to the Copenhagen office.

Purpose & Scope - The Customer Solutions Manager is the scientific and strategic business owner of the assigned territory and portfolio.
- The role is accountable for maximizing patient access and sustainable business growth by combining strong scientific expertise with advanced key account management.
- The role translates brand and scientific strategy into value-based customer solutions through evidence-driven dialogue with healthcare professionals, payers, and key stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities - Act as a scientifically skilled field representative with a deep understanding of relevant disease areas, clinical data, and patient treatment pathways.
- Lead high-quality, evidence-based scientific dialogue with hematologists and other relevant stakeholders.
- Translate clinical trial data, treatment guidelines, and real-world evidence into clear, customer-relevant insights.
- Own and drive independently scientific-led strategic key account management, including comprehensive stakeholder mapping.
- Collaborate closely with Brand and X-Kam teams, including Market Access and Medical Affairs, to ensure aligned execution.
- Operate with a true omnichannel engagement approach in line with company vision, utilizing face-to-face interactions alongside approved remote and hybrid meetings, webinars, and digital communication channels.
- Contribute as needed to regional and global co-creation initiatives and working groups, representing affiliate needs and ensuring alignment with global strategy.
- Keep proper financial administration through Concur-system and to perform and complete Astellas SOP in a timely manner in the LMS system, timely reporting in VEEVA, provide input as required for customer segmentation and account plans.
- Adhere to all relevant internal policies, rules and the current “Business Procedures” and compliance rules, both for the country and Astellas Nordic.
Required Qualifications - Scientific or healthcare background, such as life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, biomedical sciences, or equivalent.
- Solid experience or strong understanding of haematology, oncology, or rare disease therapeutic areas.
- Proven ability to interpret, analyse, and clearly communicate complex scientific and clinical data.
- Strong business acumen paired with effective project management capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience working with omnichannel customer engagement models.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the Nordic region, supported by a valid driving license.
- Fluency in Finnish with excellent command of English.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in hybrid scientific and commercial roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Familiarity with real-world evidence generation, outcomes research, or health economics.
