- Provide daily IT Infrastructure/Operations support to users in SG
- Provide support for desktop and mobile devices as well as application system environments
- Manage all IT asset
- Coordinate with vendor on the repair/maintenance of IT equipment & software
- Responsible to IT related tasks
- Carry out routine administrative tasks for servers such as backup, data housekeeping, security patches update, creation/deletion of user accounts and audits requirements
- Other matters are assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Dip/Deg with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Possess problem analysis ability, can effectively communicate with users, understand user problems, solve system network communication problems, and set network connections for computer peripheral hardware systems etc
- Good stakeholder management
- Comfortable to work in a small office environment and reporting to Taiwan HQ
