The Marketing Associate will play an active role in supporting enterprise-scale marketing transformation engagements for Sports & Gaming clients. This role is designed to give exposure and create hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, MarTech enablement, personalization, and data-driven decisioning within a consulting environment.
- Contribute to the development of fan engagement and marketing transformation strategies for a major sports league
- Assist in MarTech implementation and enablement efforts across platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, or similar tools
- Help document technical requirements, journey logic, operational processes, and reusable playbooks
- Assist team with preparation for client presentations, working sessions, and internal readouts
- Evaluate emerging AI-driven marketing capabilities (e.g., recommendations, real-time triggers, decision engines)
- Completed bachelor’s degree
- 0–2 years of experience or advanced academic focus in marketing, analytics, product, consulting, or technology
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, CRM, and/or digital marketing concepts
- Analytical skills with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools
- Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and comfort working in ambiguity
- Highly motivated, curious, and eager to grow into a client-facing role
