Regulatory Compliance Manager

An IT solutions and services company with expertise that spans a spectrum of services, encompassing web and mobile development, system integration, contact center solutions, IT audits, Finance Systems audits, and various other IT-related services is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager (Online Gambling).

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in a compliance management role, within the online gambling industry.
• In-depth knowledge of online gambling regulations and licensing requirements across various jurisdictions.
  
• Direct experience of AML, data protection and responsible gaming management and workloads.
• Ideally, hold a relevant professional qualification in Legal or Compliance fields.
• Direct working knowledge of gaming within the Philippines / PAGCOR regulatory framework is not required, but highly desirable
• Direct experience working in a full-time legal role not required but highly desirable
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and their application to online gambling operations and audits. 

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day shift, 9am-6pm
