The Staff Engineer role is a critical execution‑focused position responsible for ensuring continuity, stability, and sustained operational support for Back End Operations and ATO (CAB) governance across global and regional Back End sites. This role serves as an ambassador for BE CAB governance and ATO practices, working closely with site and functional stakeholders to drive operational alignment, improve business processes, and enable effective adoption of governance requirements.
The position actively supports and facilitates improvement initiatives and programs across BE organizations by identifying operational gaps, coordinating cross‑site discussions, and driving process enhancements. While not a traditional project ownership role, the Staff Engineer is expected to influence and enable execution through strong stakeholder engagement and structured operational support.
A key strength of the role is hands‑on expertise in database development and data management, including building, maintaining, and enhancing ATO and governance databases that support reporting, analytics, and data‑driven decision‑making. Through operational discipline, stakeholder collaboration, and data‑driven insights, the role strengthens governance execution and supports consistent operational excellence across Back End sites worldwide.

- Develop, maintain, and enhance ATO databases to support governance workflows, reporting, metrics, and data integrity
- Generate and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support leadership visibility and data‑driven decision‑making
