Role Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Authorization Management Specialist to manage and monitor access rights within an Identity & Access Management (IAM) environment. The role focuses on ensuring employees have the correct level of system access while maintaining compliance, security, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Execute and monitor user access and authorization processes

Ensure timely and accurate granting and revocation of access rights

Identify and mitigate risks, inconsistencies, and compliance issues

Review and assess authorization requests based on established policies

Support stakeholders with access-related queries and provide guidance

Collaborate with business units to align access with job requirements

Monitor changes in systems, roles, and organizational structures impacting access
Requirements

Completed higher professional education (HBO level)

Proven experience in Identity & Access Management, authorizations, or access control

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Risk-aware, quality-focused mindset

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Lean Green Belt certification

Prior experience in a similar organizational environment
