The Director, Regional Demand Center (RDC) – North America is a critical leadership role within Revenue Marketing, responsible for translating global demand generation strategy into high-impact regional execution that fuels pipeline and drives revenue.
This leader will oversee the North America RDC, ensuring seamless orchestration of Go To Market campaigns across channels, regions and segments. The role acts as the operational bridge between global Demand Generation and Field Marketing, ensuring campaigns are effectively localized, activated and optimized to meet regional pipeline goals.
The position requires strong operational leadership, systems thinking, and close alignment with Sales, Field Marketing and Marketing Operations to deliver scalable, data-driven demand generation at speed.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and develop a high-performing Regional Demand Center team across North America
Define clear roles, responsibilities and performance expectations within the RDC
Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability and continuous improvement
Build capabilities across campaign execution, demand operations and performance optimization
RDC Strategy & Execution
Own the North America RDC operating model, ensuring efficient and scalable campaign execution
Translate global demand generation strategies into actionable regional plans
Balance standardization with regional customization to maximise pipeline impact
Establish clear intake, prioritization, and delivery processes for campaign execution
Campaign Orchestration & Delivery
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across channels (digital, paid media, webinars, sales & marketing programs, email nurtures, creative, operations, partners)
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, at scale and aligned to regional priorities
Maintain high standards of execution quality and consistency
Partner with Field Marketing to support regional programs and account-based initiatives
Sales Alignment & Pipeline Impact
Align RDC output to Sales priorities including:
Territory and segment plans
Key account coverage
Pipeline generation and acceleration goals
Ensure effective lead management, routing and follow-up processes
Partner with Sales and BDR teams to improve conversion and pipeline velocity
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Define and track key performance metrics including:
Pipeline generated and influenced
Conversion rates across the funnel, campaign performance and ROI
Use data and insights to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness
Establish feedback loops between regional teams and global demand generation
Cross Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with:
Global Demand Generation (strategy & campaign design)
Field Marketing (regional priorities and execution alignment)
Product Marketing (messaging and positioning)
Marketing Operations (systems, automation and reporting)
Sales and BDR leadership (pipeline alignment and follow up)
Acts as the regional voice of execution, providing insights to improve global programs
Process, Systems & Scale
Build and optimize scalable processes for:
Campaign intake and prioritization
Execution workflows
Reporting and performance tracking
Ensure effective use of marketing automation and CRM systems
Identify and address bottlenecks in the demand generation engine
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
10-12+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology organizations
Proven experience in demand generation, campaign operations, or marketing operations
Demonstrated experience working within or leading a Regional Demand Center (RDC) or similar centralized demand model
Strong understanding of pipeline generation, lead management and funnel metrics
Experience managing and developing teams in a fast paced, high volume environment
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Sixth Sense etc) and CRM systems (Salesforce)

Experience in SaaS, AI, cybersecurity or enterprise technology environments
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
Familiarity with ABM models
Experience supporting multi-region or multi-segment campaign execution

The annual base pay for this position is: $172,800.00 - $259,200.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business.
