Job Responsibilities:
Sales Management – Cambodia
Achieve sales volume and revenue in line with the approved budget or agreed targets.
Improve project win rate through effective sales strategies and execution.
Develop and implement key account programmes.
Optimise volume and pricing management for project sales.
Execute strategic actions in high-potential segments to achieve project win-rate targets.
Build strong partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Promote value-added products and systems.
Provide accurate sales forecasts with minimal variance.
Budgeting and Reporting
Prepare valid budgets and reports within the required timelines.
Set the annual action plan and establish a clear tracking methodology.
Provide regular reports on project status, win rate, and technical and partition sales.
Prepare additional management reports as requested.
Market Intelligence
Gather and analyse market information that may impact the business, including market conditions, external environment, and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities in targeted market segments.
Translate market insights into actionable plans.
Logistics Coordination
Collect customer orders and work closely with the Area Manager and SCG to manage the supply chain process from order placement to delivery.
Ensure products are supplied on time, in full, and accurately.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field.
Strong technical knowledge enough to lead consultative sales.
Computer skills; Microsoft office. Ability to learn new IT programs
Fluent command in Khmer and English is a must. Chinese language is supplementary.
Efficient management with project planning, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Take new challenges with initiatives and execution.
Result-driven.
Able to work across the country, main case in Phnom Penh.
Experience:
3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
Experience in construction business is advantageous.
