In a nascent and quickly developing category of devices with new user interaction paradigms, the role of Creative Content Lead is critical in shaping creative direction, users’ emerging mental models, and adoption of our products. In this role, you will lead content design strategy across the portfolio of XR devices and experiences, including immersive headsets and glasses with and without displays.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
