Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.
- Experience working against a sales quota or business goals.
- Experience selling to and managing relationships with C-level stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience exceeding sales quotas in digital advertising sales or similar field.
- Experience managing and prioritizing a large book of business.
- Experience selling to mid-market, high-growth companies.
- Understanding of the digital and traditional marketing ecosystem, strategies, and tactics.
- Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.

As a Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, you will use your influencing skills and knowledge of the digital media landscape to identify growth opportunities, craft compelling narratives, and build impactful strategies tailored to customers’ goals. Working closely with account strategists, Product Sales and Activation, and other cross-functional teams, you will act as the strategic hub for GCS resources and expertise by educating customers and inspiring action. Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
- Plan for and achieve growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
- Build knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
