Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in consultative selling within the EMEA and global agency ecosystem.
- Experience working with digital advertising in a client-facing role.
- Experience working with international markets, or managing relationships with multinational clients.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to interact with clients across the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using thought leadership to apply data-driven models that have had a tangible impact on marketing operations across international markets.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Consult DACH's most complex Google Customer Solutions (GCS) agencies on how to successfully grow their international business by understanding their customer objectives, building data-driven business recommendations, and shaping their expansion strategy across markets/verticals (Fluency in German).
- Drive the development and execution of the export Joint Business Plan (JBP), aligning agency goals with Google’s export growth goals to ensure mutual long-term success.
- Enable agency partners to adopt and scale Google’s full-funnel AI and performance solutions, translating complex product narratives into tangible business outcomes across their customers export markets effectively.
- Build and provide end-to-end infrastructure to agencies to grow their clients along their export journey, from market identification to in-market expertise including how to overcome key operational hurdles (e.g., payments, customer experience, logistics, localization).
