Competitive Pay
· Base Rates from $25.00/hr. to $29.92/hr. depending on experience
· Base + 11-7 Shift Differential $2.00 during the weekday and $3.00 during the weekend

Exciting growth is happening at Warde Senior Living! As we prepare to open our new short-term rehabilitation unit, we are looking
for caring and motivated LNAs to join our team.
In addition to standard LNA duties, you will:
· Participate in and receive report from the licensed nurse at the start and end of each shift
· Review care plans daily to ensure individualized, appropriate care
· Observe residents frequently throughout your shift to ensure needs are being met
· Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA standards
· Treat every resident with kindness, dignity, and respect
· Encourage residents to maintain independence and function at their highest level
