The Senior Administrative Executive, Admissions is responsible for assessing applications for admission into Monash University Malaysia degree programs and converting eligible applications into offers, while providing expert advice on local and international qualifications to relevant stakeholders.
The role requires demonstrated experience in interpreting and applying academic and administrative policies, with the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisive decisions in the assessment of academic qualifications. The incumbent is also responsible for processing student acceptances and managing operational matters related to admission enquiries, ensuring all processes and tasks are carried out in accordance with University policies, procedures, and relevant local regulatory requirements.
Reporting Line: The position reports to the Assistant Manager, Admission
