Job Description: In this role, the Prevention Specialist has responsibility for delivering prevention services in schools and community settings and completing indirect services in support of the prevention goals and objectives as directed by the Prevention Manager.
Schedule Details: Part-time: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (some evenings and weekends required)
Location: Media, PA
Work Environment: Work is primarily conducted in schools and community settings

Pay Rate: $19+/hour (Based on education and experience)

Minimum Requirements:
Education: B.A. or M.A in education/or health discipline preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of experience working with youth or
families in a related setting
Experience: Prior experience working with youth or families
Licensure/Certifications: None Required
Clearances: Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
