Job Responsibilities
Lead and support programs, tours, activities, and events to deliver memorable guest experiences
Be a brand ambassador by consistently delivering warm, professional, and anticipatory service at every guest touchpoint
Support daily operations and programme logistics with attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency to deliver operational excellence and enable seamless guest experiences
Work with partners across departments to deliver programs and events that meet branding and service standards
Maintain safety and quality by meeting all regulatory, operational, and brand standards
contribute to innovation and improvement by supporting the Attractions leadership team in implementing new programmes
Perform with excellence under pressure, maintaining service quality in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Show accountability and integrity by following all department rules and standards
Step up when it matters, showing ownership, flexibility, and readiness to support the team whenever needed
All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Minimum diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Attractions, or a related service industry
Experience
No experience required as training will be provided
Other Prerequisites
Experience in hospitality, attractions, or guest-facing environments
A warm, confident, and engaging presence with a genuine passion for people of all ages
Creative energy and an appreciation for interactive or experiential guest offerings
Strong communication skills and the ability to make every guest feel welcomed and valued
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage in connecting with our global guests
Sound judgement and the ability to respond effectively in dynamic situations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-moving environment
A professional, well-groomed appearance that reflects brand standards
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
