Pay rate - $30.15 / hr with $1.75 / hr lead premium
Responsibilities
How will you make an impact?
Responsibilities:
- Provide extraordinary customer service to high caliber passengers.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in various inclement weather conditions.
- Responsibility of ensuring our passengers and luggage are transported safely between the terminal and aircraft.
- Responsible for operating vehicles in various weather and visibility conditions
- Vehicles are driven in areas congested with aircraft, as well as moving and stationary vehicles and equipment
- Lead Agents must demonstrate leadership skills and training ability
- Responsible to management to coordinate of the overall operation within assigned functional area
- They may conduct agent observations and associated activities
- Administers local training such as on the job training with new hires
- Responsible for scheduling and manpower utilization
- Maintains supplies, inventory, and control logs
- Prepares customer correspondence, investigates discrepancies and compiles statistical data for reports
- Lead Agents will assist management in the completion of administrative duties, perform agent work as required and acts as company representative when assigned
Qualifications
Who we are looking for?
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18.
- Must be able to perform all duties under sometimes stressful conditions beyond the employee's control while attempting to influence a favorable impression of American Eagle, American Airlines or any other contracted airline service provided by Envoy.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated.
- Driver’s License required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
- Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary
- Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
- One year of previous customer service experience preferred.
- Previous working experience transporting passengers preferred.
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand Spanish (in some locations) preferred.
