- Ophthalmology services are offered at 7 site locations
- Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties
- All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
- Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists
- Group has 200+ primary care providers throughout the county; built in referral system
Requirements/Preferred Experience - Must be board-eligible/board-certified physician in Ophthalmology
Position Details - 4-day workweek schedule
- Average patient load is 23-25 patients per clinic day
- New consults
- Follow-Up
- Office based surgery/minor procedures
- Practice will be general ophthalmology patients
- General Ophthalmology call is taken 1 week at a time, about 3-4 weeks/year
- User friendly work schedule with excellent support staff and collegial work environment
- If fellow, will be required to become board certified within first two years of employment
- Salary Range: $350,000-$579,000+ Salary range may include productivity/bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department compensation plans. Additional information is discussed during the recruitment process.
