Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and control a master requirements schedule by balancing customer requirements with parts availability
- Communicate requirements and delivery schedule changes to stakeholders, including external customers
- Analyze potential impact of delivery schedule changes as they relate to customer milestones
- Responsible for developing and delivering customer briefings regarding order status and fiscal position
- Responsible for compiling and analyzing material, financial, and data requirements from across the multiple program sites to ensure company and contractual requirements are met
- Collaborate with stakeholders, operations and supply chain management to appropriately manage requirements, acquisition and delivery schedules
- Act as the key contact for analysis of new orders, change orders from customers
- Perform demand and delivery analysis; Work with procurement to establish a delivery schedule for each order and communicate/resolve issues related to discrepancies between the requested and promised due date
- Assist other team members as needed to ensure customer needs are met
Qualifications / Education / Experience
- H/S Diploma and +4 years of related work experience OR education/experience equivalent.
- Effective analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Effective interpersonal skills with coworkers and customers
- Effective oral and written communication skills
Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel especially)
- Experience with Power BI reporting generation
