As a member of the admissions team, this position is directly responsible for ensuring data entry and integrity for all mail, application materials, inquiries, and applications for all of Adler’s Campus locations.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in higher education operations or admissions environment preferred
- 1-3 years of experience using CRM programs (Salesforce, Slate, Blackboard etc) preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong working knowledge and experience with database management, preferably Salesforce
- Strong computer skills with standard programs such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook, Qualtrics (or other survey systems)
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in work output.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain inquiry and applicant data within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Process applications, transcripts, and supporting documentation in accordance with established workflows and timelines
- Perform GPA calculations and review academic records to support admissions evaluation
- Create, organize, and maintain applicant files, including transfer credit documentation and file completion tracking
- Conduct data collection, analysis, and data cleanup to ensure consistent and reliable admissions data
- Monitor application volume, track status, and maintain operational reporting using Salesforce dashboards and reports
- Review application materials for completeness and prepare files for admissions advisor , Director and/or committee review
- Maintain the admissions inbox in Microsoft Outlook, including monitoring inquiries, routing messages, and ensuring timely responses
- Document communications and support workflow coordination within Salesforce
- Assist with reporting, tracking, and process improvement initiatives to enhance admissions operations efficiency
- Manage, monitor, and own the Letter of Recommendation back-end process from adding additional recommenders, sending weekly reminders to applicant recommenders, flagging incorrect contact information for advisors, and maintaining the integrity and delivery of all applicant reference materials
- Assist in creating and managing workflows and actions in Qualtrics software to collect surveys and data from applicants for reporting, including but not limited to post-event surveys, withdrawal surveys, and post-advising session surveys. Ensure proper delivery and data entry into the applicant's profile in CRM.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00
