Requirements

• Advanced spoken and written English skills.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a similar degree. 
• 6+ years of experience in software development with strong Python experience in production environments.
• Additional experience with at least one of these programming languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, or Haskell 
• Effective usage with AI-assisted development tools (for example: ChatGPT, ClaudeCode, Copilot)
• Solid fundamentals with software development, systems, and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and architecture.
• Good knowledge of creating well-structured code in any programming language. 
• Strong analysis, problem-solving, and assertive communication skills.
• Ability to learn while motivating the team and delivering results with value to our clients.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS preferred) 
• Experience building data pipelines, integrations, or ETL workflows. 
• Exposure/familiarity with SQL and data modeling.
