Are you passionate about elevating how media drives growth across global markets? Do you thrive on connecting strategy with execution and building high-performing marketing communities?
PepsiCos Media COE is looking for an Associate Manager, Market Engagement and Community Development, to help define and embed what great media looks like across our anchor markets, while fostering a connected, collaborative global marketing community.
In this role, you will support the market engagement lead in shaping and operationalizing media excellence, working with capability leads to codify best-in-class standards across planning, activation, and measurement. You will partner closely with markets to assess their current maturity, understand their readiness to accelerate, and co-develop tailored action plans that unlock growth through media.
Sitting at the intersection of strategy, capability building, and market engagement, you will play a key role in ensuring our global frameworks translate into real-world impact. You will also act as a connector across the organization, feeding market needs back into the COE to ensure our capability agenda is grounded in what truly drives value.
Alongside this, you will support efforts to build a thriving global media community, designing and delivering engaging forums that showcase best-in-class work, enable knowledge sharing, and support the rollout of critical capabilities across markets.
This is a high-visibility role, ideal for someone looking to build global exposure, develop a strong network across markets and functions, and learn from some of the best media and marketing leaders in the industry, all while helping shape the future of how PepsiCo uses media as a growth lever.
