This is not your typical social media job. We are looking for a cultural strategist and hands-on executor who understands how to shape a brand through digital storytelling. As Head of Social Media, you will define how the world sees Zellerfeld. You will lead our global presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and whatever comes next. You will set the tone, build energy around our platform, and create momentum with every post, story, and campaign. You will be the voice that connects our audience with the revolution we are building across product, technology, design, and community.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands brand, has a creative eye, and knows how to lead strategy and execution.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Zellerfeld’s brand vision and business objectives.
Content Creation & Storytelling: Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our audience, including visuals, videos, and copywriting.
Community Engagement: Build and nurture an active online community, fostering meaningful interactions with creators, designers, and customers.
Channel Management: Own our presence across key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistent branding, messaging and audience growth.
Influencer & Partner Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry leaders to expand reach and credibility.
Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to continuously optimize engagement and growth strategies.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring measurable impact and ROI.
Innovation & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep Zellerfeld at the forefront of social media innovation.
Proven experience leading social media strategy for a brand, preferably in fashion, tech, or an innovative digital marketplace.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience engagement, and content strategy.
Hands-on experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation.
Hand-on experience creating social media specific content.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Experience managing influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights and make strategic decisions.
Passion for design, innovation, and emerging trends in digital content and social media.
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams.
Willingness to travel worldwide.
