Job Description
- Continuously optimize key customer service KPIs as well as reporting and controlling structures to enable data-driven decision-making
- Evaluate and improve existing CS controlling processes and develop business cases for optimization
- Prepare volume and cost forecasts, plan budgets, and continuously adjust them
- Analyze operational drivers in customer service and derive measures to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners as a business partner on equal footing to achieve shared goals
- Ensure smooth invoicing and billing processes with service providers
- Configuration, administration, and further development of CRM systems and related tools, including automations and user access management
- Actively contribute to the optimization and automation of tools to increase efficiency in daily operations
Qualifications
- Completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
- Business-fluent German and English skills
- Experience in controlling, ideally in a customer service environment
- Strong affinity for numbers, KPIs, and data-driven work
- Confident use of Excel (formulas ideally part of daily work or quickly learned)
- Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of logical and structured thinking
- Hands-on mentality, initiative, and proactive working style
- High self-motivation and ability to work independently and responsibly
- Enthusiasm for tools, systems, and the development of digital processes
- Willingness to learn and quickly familiarize oneself with new technologies and systems
