CONTENT AND COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST
The team is currently looking for a Content and Communication Specialist who will support RRP growth through marketing projects and communication initiatives across the Baltic markets.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze consumer insights, market research, and sales data to understand RRP category drivers, local market dynamics, and consumer trends. Identify and evaluate business opportunities and potential risks.
- Develop and execute Consumer Experience (CX) activation programs in line with RRP strategy, including brand and trade communication (online and offline), engagement initiatives, RRP sales cycle activities, and Key Account activations.
- Ensure campaigns and tools meet expectations, gather feedback, and drive effective adoption by end users.
- Plan and implement internal team engagement activities aligned with CX strategy and objectives to foster collaboration and engagement.
- Provide agile support to the CX team across various tasks and projects, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to business needs.
- Allocate and monitor budget across activities, ensuring effective cost control and optimization.
Evaluate vendor performance, delivery quality, and overall cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing, preferably within an FMCG or multinational environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).

Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights.

Understanding of consumer marketing, brand management, and trade segmentation.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Advanced MS Excel skills.

Familiarity with event marketing and trade marketing effectiveness.

The salary range for this position is € 2800 - € 3300 gross per month.
