A Day in the Role
As a Master Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for executing key activities within the end-to-end O2C process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong customer service:
- Master Data and System Maintenance: Maintain accurate customer master data in SAP, including pricing, addresses, customer information, discounts, and packaging details
- Credit and Risk Analysis: Generate and review blocked order reports aligned with market credit policies, and provide recommendations through workflow tools
- Customer and Stakeholder Support: Understand market requirements and provide in-depth, solution-oriented responses to customer and stakeholder queries
- Continuous Improvement: Support O2C initiatives with a strong first-time-right mindset, ensuring accuracy and minimizing rework
What Will Make You Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any business-related course
- At least 2 years of experience in Master Data Management or Order to Cash processes
- Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysisAbility to critically assess requests and deliver well-analyzed solutions
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrates ownership and a first-time-right mindset
- Willingness to work in either morning or mid-shift schedules in a hybrid setup
