We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will be the strategic architect of our cross-functional campaign strategy, orchestrating seamless campaigns across peak conversion periods and ensuring every customer touchpoint drives results. You'll have the autonomy to lead cross-functional execution, translate market insights into compelling campaigns that resonate across channels, and empower our teams to win during high-impact selling seasons.

You'll own the end-to-end planning and execution of cross-functional campaigns during peak periods such as seasonal promotional campaigns and major retail events, defining how our brand shows up, what we say, and how we drive customer action across every channel.

Lead cross-functional planning & execution for peak conversion periods: Own the cross-functional planning and execution of campaigns such as seasonal promotions, Black Friday / Boxing Week and other high-impact selling events from strategy development through post-campaign analysis and learnings documentation
Ensure consistent messaging across all channels: Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for paid, earned, and owned channels. Ensure seamless execution across web, sales enablement materials, and customer communications
Drive cross-functional analysis and continuous improvement: Conduct post-campaign analysis to extract actionable learnings to determine what drove conversion, what resonated with customers, and where we can optimize. Utilize these insights to shape next quarter's campaigns and long-term strategy
Oversee web merchandising strategy and optimization: Drive the strategic placement and merchandising of offers on our website to maximize visibility, conversion, and revenue during peak periods
Act as an AI-native marketer: Use AI tools and platforms to automate key workflows, accelerate campaign development, perform competitive and market analysis, and improve time-to-quality delivery across GTM operations
What you bring
7+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, go-to-market strategy, or a related B2B marketing role, with a proven track record of owning and executing successful campaigns end-to-end
Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and lead without authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can simplify complexity, craft a clear narrative, and adapt your message for different audiences
Strong analytical skills with experience using customer and data insights to guide decisions and strategy
Experience with e-commerce merchandising, offer optimization, or digital storefront management
Hands-on experience using AI tools to boost productivity and improve work outcomes such as content generation, competitive analysis, or campaign optimization
A bias towards action and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
Great to have
Experience in fintech, SaaS, e-commerce or other high-growth industries. We value diverse perspectives from outside telecom (telecommunications experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
Familiarity with SMB or enterprise sales motions and channel marketing
Bilingualism (English and French) is a nice bonus
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
