Ensure inventory integrity through proper transfer between locations and to internal warehouses, promote increased inventory reliability.
Essential Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Execute GT (Group Technology) Methodology to store components according to their point of use to ensure the percentage of reliability of the inventory assigned by the company.
2. Implement fixed locations of components and ensure compliance with the FIFO methodology.
3. Develop and implement maximum and minimum controls in warehouses.
4. Monitor the internal flow of materials, through transfers between warehouses and closing production orders.
5. Develop, implement, and maintain kanban areas in production.
6. Monitor the entry and exit of materials with subcontracted suppliers, according to the procedures established by the organization.
7. Ensure compliance with internal labor regulations.
8. Schedule and ensure preventive and/or corrective maintenance on equipment necessary to carry out activities within the warehouse.
9. Ensure that the personnel assigned to the warehouse area use safety equipment correctly, as well as detect unsafe conditions that put the integrity of their personnel at risk.
10. Develop, implement and maintain the procedures of the Quality system.
11. Review line stoppages attributable to supply in order to make action plans to help reduce them.
12. Process and Supply WIP Orders
13. Personnel management and training
14. Preparation and follow-up of instructions and/or work procedures for subordinates
15. Control and monitoring of personnel incidents
Job Requirements:
Level of Education and Experience
1. Required Education: Technical Career
2. 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
