We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Product organization and drive initiatives within the Communications, Customer Interactions & Affiliates Functionality Area group.
This role is focused on building scalable communication and integration solutions that improve partner operations, player engagement, customer interactions, and affiliate-related capabilities across our platform ecosystem.
You will work in a cross-functional environment together with developers, QA engineers, architects, designers, analysts, PMs, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact product initiatives from discovery to production.

Own and drive product initiatives within the Communications, Customer Interactions & Affiliates domain
Participate in execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals, market trends, and partner needs
Translate business goals and operational needs into clear product solutions and deliverable scopes
Manage and prioritize backlog based on business value, player impact, dependencies, risks, and technical feasibility
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
Ensure product requirements are clearly understood before development starts
Participate in sprint planning, iteration reviews, demos, and release activities
Coordinate release readiness together with development teams and stakeholders, including feature flag management and rollout coordination
Support delivery predictability by contributing to roadmap planning and prioritization
Own communication-related product areas across email, messaging, notifications, AI chatbots, and customer interaction systems
Drive integrations with customer interaction, support, affiliate, and marketing platforms
Ensure communication systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with platform architecture and compliance expectations
Ensure internal teams can effectively use communication and interaction tooling
Balance flexibility, scalability, operational needs, and technical constraints
Collaborate with PMs, Functional Areas, and Data teams to define communication and engagement metrics
Monitor KPIs, communication effectiveness, operational performance, and user engagement metrics to support data-driven decision making
Communicate product updates, priorities, risks, and progress to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product role in a software product company
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development
Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams
Experience managing integrations, APIs, or technically complex product domains
Ability to structure complex problems into clear functional scopes and delivery plans
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and delivery realities
Experience with backlog management, prioritization, refinement, and requirement decomposition
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ownership mentality
Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
Experience in iGaming, fintech, SaaS, CRM, or high-scale platform products
Experience with messaging systems, customer interaction tools, affiliate platforms, or marketing technologies
Understanding of communication workflows, event-driven systems, and user engagement mechanics
Experience working with analytics tools, KPIs, and product metrics
Understanding of third-party integrations and distributed systems
