We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Air Pricing Specialist to join our team in Cargo-Partner.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Sales, Product Management, Trade Lane Management and Operations teams. Your main objective will be to prepare competitive pricing proposals, maintain updated offers and contribute to customer retention and business growth.
The ideal candidate has strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to develop transportation solutions that align with customer needs and the company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate rates and service conditions with carriers, suppliers and service providers.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations in accordance with company pricing standards.
- Update monthly, quarterly, and annual offers based on market conditions.
- Track and monitor all quotations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Product Management and Line Management.
- Prepare monthly pricing performance reports and market trend analyses.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with updated pricing information.
- Participate in monthly pricing meetings and provide market insights.
- Verify customer credit limits prior to order confirmation.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in Salesforce.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International business, Logistics, International Trade or related field.
- Experience in pricing, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with CRM and quotation tools such as Salesforce and Cargo Wise.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
