We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting organizational growth and driving people strategies across various business units within our fast-paced ecommerce environment. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring alignment with company values and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with business leaders to support organizational growth, workforce planning, and people strategies across multiple business units.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor for assigned departments, handling employee relations, performance management, engagement, and talent development.
- Support organizational changes, team restructuring, and business expansion initiatives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives aligned with company values and business goals.
- Collaborate with managers to identify capability gaps, succession planning, and development opportunities.
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation review, promotion, transfer, contract renewal, and offboarding.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Indonesia labor regulations and company standards.
- Utilize HR data and insights to support decision-making and improve employee experience.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably in ecommerce, startup, retail, or fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, organizational development, and people management.
- Good knowledge of Indonesia labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic business environment.
- Familiar with HRIS and people analytics tools.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
