What You’ll Be Doing

As a PDI Assistant, you'll be supporting the end-to-end preparation of new vehicles by coordinating inspections, managing parts and logistics, ensuring quality control, and tracking stock movement.

• Coordinate, review and validate PDI Repair Orders, Purchase Orders and Invoices
• Assign and supervise work done by external contractors to ensure quality
• Perform quality checks on vehicles after inspection
• Manage receive, track, and issue vehicle parts from store when needed
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries with transport vendors
• Track vehicle movement and stock in the warehouse
• Inspect vehicles upon arrival and report any defects
• Support the Sales team by preparing demo and display cars
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum Nitec in Automotive Studies (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry (Prior knowledge to PDI processes will be advantageous)
• Possess valid Class 3 Driving License
• Strong attention to detail with ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Strong intercommunication and good coordination skills
