Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning strategies, programs, and frameworks aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct training needs analysis and design annual training plans to address capability gaps across divisions.
- Oversee leadership development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and executive education programs.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through data analysis, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Manage training budgets, staff training funds, and cost optimization strategies to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive learning innovation, digital learning adoption, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead cultural transformation initiatives by championing leadership development and capability-building programs.
- Drive continuous improvements in learning policies, processes, and delivery methods to enhance employee development.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in learning and development.
- Strong knowledge of leadership development, digital learning technologies, and training effectiveness evaluation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and ability to drive change initiatives.
- Professional certifications in Learning & Development, HR, or Coaching are a plus.
