Brown-Forman is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Travel Analyst to support the organization’s corporate travel operations. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations with our travel agency, ensuring policy compliance, airfare ticket management, corporate travel communications, and identifying opportunities to improve the employee travel experience.
The ideal candidate blends analytical capability with strong relationship management skills and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager - Indirect Procurement.
What You Can Expect:
Global Travel Operations & Vendor Governance: Global operational management for travel, hotel, and car rental partnerships. Monitor SLAs and KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis on service escalations, and implementing corrective actions.
Global Communications: Create corporate communications for company travel news or alerts.
Spend Analysis: Review monthly invoices and agency spend to monitor budget adherence, track savings metrics, and ensure the accuracy of travel-related expenditures.
Proactive Ticket Recovery and Asset Management: Maximize travel ROI by auditing tickets eligible for refunds and implementing a recovery process for unused tickets from departed employees, ensuring all credits are reallocated before expiration.
Regional/Global Expansion and Market Support: Lead new country analysis and operational setup for emerging markets, including Italy and Colombia, while supporting established programs across 15+ countries in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality, Accounting, or related field
2–5 years of experience in corporate travel
Must have 2+ years of recent, hands-on experience with a major Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Apollo/Galileo
Experience working with corporate travel booking systems(Concur preferred)
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
