The Coordinator is responsible for the effective delivery of Workplace Support Programs by managing intake, assessment, and allocation of services. The role involves coordinating urgent and sensitive requests, liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers, and ensuring timely, high-quality responses that meet contractual obligations. About the role:
The Clinic Operations Coordinator - WSP is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end sourcing and delivery of Workplace Support Programs, ensuring that the programs are delivered in an effective, courteous, and timely manner. This position serves as key administrative support for TELUS Health's Workplace Support Programs operations across the Asia-Pacific region, facilitating seamless service delivery for customers throughout Australia and Asia Pacific. As part of TELUS Health's mission to improve health outcomes and build a healthier future, this role contributes to the delivery of mental health and related services that have a critical impact on the health, wellbeing, and welfare of employees and their families.
