Introduction
Leads and oversees end‑to‑end execution of strategic custom silicon customer programs, including MCUs, MPUs and radar‑class SoCs, for customers (Automotive, Industrial, Aerospace & Defense etc..). Manages a global team of Customer Program Managers and serves as the senior execution interface between customers and GlobalFoundries/MIPS cross‑functional teams.
Your Job
Own full lifecycle execution of customer‑specific silicon programs from early engagement through SOP, volume ramp, and sustaining.
Lead and scale a global Customer Program Management organization supporting multiple customers and products.
Serve as the primary executive contact for automotive Tier‑1 customers on program delivery, execution status, and escalations.
Drive alignment across MIPS IP, design enablement, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams.
Establish and run program governance, milestones, KPIs, and risk management for complex, multi‑year custom products.
Ensure programs meet customer commitments, quality and safety expectations, and financial objectives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. PhD will be beneficial.
15+ years experience in semiconductor deliveries (design house or vendor management)
Proven success managing automotive‑class customer programs through full silicon lifecycles.
Demonstrated leadership of global, matrixed teams.
